We are seeking an experienced Bindery tradeperson to manage our Bindery department. In this role you will be responsible for quality checks, planning, communicating with other supervisors and managers as well as providing leadership to staff within the department. This is a hands on supervisory position that requires the daily operation of guillotines, folders and our Muller Martini saddle stitcher.
The ideal applicant will have proven experience in a similar role or have extensive trade experience and a desire to progress to a management position.
