About Us
Kilcoy Pastoral Company Limited ("KPC") was established in 1953 and we have grown to become one of the largest beef processors in Australia. Currently we employ over 1100 people and our employees are the key to our success.
Position
KPC has starts available for Supervisors, QA's, skilled boners, slicers, slaughterman and knifehands in the following areas;
- Boning Room Day shift (5.00am - 5.00pm)
- Slaughter Floor Day shift 5.00am - 5.00pm)
All positions are manual handling, physically demanding, fast and repetitive.
Roster
2 weeks of 4on + 4off, then 2 weeks of 3on 3off - includes weekend work.
Please note KPC is a 7 day operating plant, working various rosters day and night.
