We are currently seeking a passionate beauty professional highly-skilled in the following areas:
- Waxing, including Brazilian waxing
- Body Sugaring (optional)
- Facial and Massage Treatments
- Manicure & Pedicure
- Makeup (optional)
- Lash Extensions (optional)
- Spa therapies and Massage
- Skin Analysis and Professional Peels, (Mesoestetic a Bonus)
- Micordermabrasion, Oxygen Therapy and Peels
- Spray Tanning
- Skin Needling
- Led Light Therapy
- Laser treatments
The Successful Beauty Therpaist will demonstrate the following :
- Previous 1 Year experience in a salon environment
- Educate clients and prescribe approprtiate treatments and products
- Rebook Clients
- Flexibility with rosters to include evenings work and Saturdays
- Ability to embrace Esteem business values
- Possess maturity & professionalisim to deal with a variety of clientele
1st Year Apprentice Hairdresser
Full Time Position Within our Hair team
Must be Well spoken & Presented and ready to make a commitment to a career in hairdressing.
- Provide energetic and positive client focussed service at all times
- Provide assistance to other team members and management as required
- General salon cleaning of all surfaces
- Provide assistance with basin procedures, technical work and styling
- Attend and participate in house training set up to increase skill levels and competence
- Maintenance of recognised Work, Health & Safety requirements
- Provide reception support to the salon and its clientele, when and if needed by coordinator
- Maintain an up to date and accurate knowledge of the salon products and services
- Maintenance and sales of retail products and treatments
- Participate in designated marketing and promotional advertising
- Support and cooperate with person "in charge" of cleaning
The Hairdressing Apprenticeship is a 3 Year Contract.
