ABOUT THE COMPANY

Paulina de los Reyes Makeup Beauty Skin Clinic begin in 2015. In April 2018 we moved to our brand new location, with a beautiful and cosy design we achieve a beautiful and luxe space for our guests and fantastic work space for our Therapists. We specialise in big variety of facial treatments,  brow design,  sugaring, waxing, light and laser therapy, Dermapen skin needling and many more modalities, we use the latest  technology and deliver incredible results. Our vision is to create a welcoming space and environment as well as self love and a beautiful smile after each treatment for our guests. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Owner of Paulina de los Reyes Makeup Beauty & Skin Clinic you will work as part of a supportive, experienced and friendly team. You will be an ambassador of our skin clinic delivering the best for our guests. This is a casual role which requires some flexibility with rostered days and times. Saturdays and evening work is required. 

Hours: Casual or part time position for the right candidate looking into a permanent part time to a full time position in the future.

DUTIES

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, patience and understanding of all client needs
• Exceptional work ethic, be reliable and punctual, have impeccable presentation and a mature outlook
• Confident and experienced in the following treatments:
• Laser IPL facial therapy, Skin Needling, chemical and non chemicals Peels, Microdermabrasion, LED Therapy and basic relaxation facial treatments, waxing including brazilians, and laser IPL hair removal treatments
• Sugaring experience will be an advantage
• Liaise with guests in a warm and compassionate manner, providing thorough and knowledgeable explanations of the clinic services. 
• Book appointments, receipt payments and maintain patient files with accuracy and confidentiality
• Apply and recommend skin care and make-up to guests
• Help to maintain visual merchandising and displays
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and training sessions. 
• Cleaning and maintenance of the clinic
• Managing the salon when required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy Qualified as a minimum
• Minimum 3 years clinic or salon experience
• A sound knowledge about skin and skin care, O Cosmedics, Inskin and DP dermaceuticals experience will be an advantage.
• Skilled in sugaring practise will be an advantage. 
• High level of written communication skills
• High level of verbal communication skills
• An understanding of the principles of customer service
• Satisfactory level time management skills
• High level of accountability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
• Intermediate computer skills
