The key to this role is being organised and being able to communicate clearly to all stakeholders.

The role encompasses:

• Managing existing fit-out and upgrade projects;
• Winning new projects (includes estimating);
• Managing the project department staff & contractors

To be successful in this role you must:

• Be well organised, have the ability to manage both staff and sub-contractors work on site and problem solve;
• Have knowledge &/or experience in a technical, fire or related building service industry;
• Have a customer service focus.
