CALLING AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICIAN

If you have a passion for heavy vehicles and enjoy working with them this is the role for you!!

Our client is a heavy vehicle manufacture company based in Sunshine and is currently seeking Automotive electricians experienced in heavy vehicle trucks for immediate start for a full-time position.  

Working hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 3.30pm. $35 p/h

To be successful you must have:

• Minimum auto electrical trade certificate
• Heavy vehicle experience in trucks and trailers
• Willing to work in a manufacturing facility and within a service and repairs environment
• Installation of battery isolation switches
• Installation of emergency shut down systems
• Installation of Sat-Nav systems
• Installation of reverse camera systems
• Diagnostics and fault findings
• Alibility to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Electronic braking systems experience
• Pneumatic and hydraulic experience
• Wipe down error codes using CBD tooling

Skills required for the successful candidate:

• Requires repetitive movement
• Requires bending and twisting, standing and kneeling
• Requires working in hot and cold conditions
• Requires wearing specialized protective or safety equipment
• Teamwork
• Eager to learn
• Strong mechanical background
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable using power and hand tools
