The company

An extremely busy, reputable tier-2 Mechanical Services Contractor – They seek an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor for their Sydney team.

The position

Reporting to the Project Manager the HVAC Site Supervisor role will involve:

On-site management of commercial HVAC / mechanical services installations.
Organisation on-site of direct employees and subcontractors.
Manage procurement, deliveries and storage of equipment & materials.
Quality management.
On-site safety procedures.
On-site meetings with project stakeholders.

Skills & experience

Previous experience as an HVAC Site Supervisor
Experience working on large construction sites.
Knowledge of the relevant Aus standards / BCA codes
Excellent communication skills.

Salary

Circa $90,000 to $100,000 +super, car / $15k car allowance, fuel, phone, laptop
