ABOUT THE COMPANY - This privately-owned dealership is part of a large group of 8 dealerships, located within easy access to Melbourne CBD. Housed within modern facilities, this German multinational product is one of the most successful and well-known automobile brands in the world.

ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for handling all front of house requirements for Retail and Warranty work.
                                                                               
YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;

• Scheduling service appointments and managing fleet and retail customers for Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars
• Utilising DMS proficiently and accurately
• Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
• Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations

WE ARE LOOKING FOR;

• A Dealership experienced Service Advisor 
• Energy, commitment and team work
• Full Australian Drivers Licence 
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
• A strong communicator who takes ownership and control of the customer
