John Holland are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Mechanic/Truck Driver to join our Rail East Plant Team based out of the Seven Hills workshop in Sydney.
The requirements of the role include:
- Cert III Trade Certificate (Plant Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, Truck Mechanic, Fitter, Auto Electrician)
- HR Truck Licence
- Experience in servicing and repairing mobile plant, trucks, utes and equipment
- Experience driving/operating heavy rigid trucks or semi-trailers
- Understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Drive Competency and Chain of Custody requirements
- Experience in loading/securing of mobile plant and materials for road transport
- Current Construction Industry Induction card (White/Blue)
- Ability to undergo extensive pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing.
Advantageous:
- High Risk Licence (Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Crane)
- Licence Motor Mechanic
- HC Drivers Licence
- Current Rail Industry Worker card
