About the Role:
Already the largest automotive recycled parts supplier in Australia, we are growing rapidly having recently expanded our operations to include a self-service parts operation in Broadmeadows. Members of the public can visit this site to select parts from our 9 acre yard containing over 900 cars. Due to this ongoing expansion we are looking to employ a Car Parts Dismantler on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is responsible for:
- Dismantling parts off vehicles
- Helping move vehicle in and out of the yard
- Tyre Stripping
- Draining
- Washing and cleaning parts
- Assisting in yard as required
To be eligible for this position we are seeking candidates who possess the following;
- Mechanical background
- Own Tools - essential
- Drivers license - preferred
- Forklift Licence - preferred
- Self motivated and the ability to work unsupervised
