Our client is an Australian owned and operated organisation specialising in fleet maintenance, service, repairs and breakdown work for their customers. You will have the option to work in either the South Western Sydney or the Eastern suburbs branch.
 
The role:
  • Responsible for the P & L
  • Recruitment of staff
  • Overlooking 2 workshops
  • Strong skills in setting budgets for the year
  • Ability to implement changes
  • Being able to open branches interstate in Melbourne and Brisbane over the next two years
  • Implement new procedures
 
The Person:
  • Proven experience in growing and building a business
  • Understanding costs
  • Ability to manage staff
  • Current knowledge of OHS
  • Operational background in the Transport or Truck industry.
  • Able to present a business case for growth plans and capex items
