A joinery workshop in the Penrith area is looking for an experienced, hands on foreman to manage the busy joinery factory floor. Cabinet maker, cabinetmaker and kitchens.
This role suits either an experienced foreman or a Leading hand/Cabinetmaker who would like to step up in their career.
1. Ensure that production is planned efficiently.
2. Management of stock levels, including the timely arrival of raw materials.
3. Ensure both production and quality standards are met at all times.
4. Management of factory staff, OH&S guidelines and management of equipment and tooling.
