Architectural Custom home builder looking for an experienced quality Carpenter to fill the position of Carpentry Leading Hand (Immediate Start). We would like candidates who are seriously looking for a career, working with a positive team on a variety of architectural homes.

• Family-based residential building company
• Custom architectural homes (Designed by in-house Architect and design team)
• Specialising in new builds, and currently averaging 15-20 homes per year.
• Building a range of single, double storey and split level homes, multi-res developments including townhouses and apartment buildings
• Proudly building quality high-end custom work
• Fastly growing company with a positive, motivated and energetic team
• Building locations around Newcastle, Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley, however we aim to allocate the teams to projects close to them.

About the Role:

• Looking for an experienced qualified tradesman carpenter. Must have a keen attention to detail, and pride themselves on a quality, high-end finish.
• This role is to be a leader among our in house carpentry crew in working on a range of carpentry tasks from the ground up to completion.
• Looking for someone with a good personality  to fit in with the positive culture.
• Must be setup with own tools and have a reliable vehicle. (Potential for a company work vehicle in the future)
• Must be a team player with a positive, happy and healthy outlook on life.
• Must be able to strategise, be creative and think outside the box.
