We have opportunities for Full-time, Part-time and Casual experienced Security Officers with exceptional knowledge of the Security Industry.
To succeed you must be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
You will be trained in all aspects of the role from conducting comprehensive patrols, managing of the control room and loading dock operations.
Advanced computer literate skills are required for day to day operations and the use of multiple systems within the Control Room.
Attention to detail is a must, from building presentation, to security and safety.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent service standards to ensure client satisfaction
- Detailed checks and comprehensive patrols
- Control Room Operations
- CCTV Monitoring
- Incident Response
- Maintaining and managing the building helpdesk
- Loading Dock Operations
- Attention to detail
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Shared duties and cross trained on all areas
To be successful you must have:
- Ability to be trained on multiply control room systems (Fire, Access, BMS, CCTV, Building Helpdesk and EWIS)
- Work as a team player
- Be well presented, at all times with excellent communication skills
- Can do and proactive attitude, you must be highly motivated.
- Current valid security licence with (Control Room)
- Previous Control room experience or similar experience
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Experience in customer service
- Intermediate to Advanced computer literate skills
- Available to work on a rotating roster
