About the Role;
The roles will include but not be limited to - Overseeing the commercial construction aspect of the business, ensuring all company procedures and quality assurance systems are adhered to.
Management of staff, recruitment and if necessary disciplinary procedures - Subcontracting assessment, procurement and variation management.
You will be required to manage the entire commercial projects team including but not limited to Project Managers, Site Managers, Support and Administration Staff whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.
This will be a new arm of their current business so there will be a high level of business development involved, ideally you will have a solid industry connections with-in the NSW market.
This role is ideal for an established construction manager looking to move into a progressive company who can offer a clear career path to General Manager NSW -
You will be the driving force behind their NSW operations and be expected to assist in growth and acquisition of projects.
About You;
You will need to be a positive, hardworking individual with senior management experience whom understands how to communicate effectively with Engineers, Project Managers, and Site Managers as well as maintain client relations.
Ideally you will have an extensive technical background/ knowledge of HVAC systems and the current market with-in commercial fit out's.
Moving into this role you will need to have a clear understanding of project management software and be highly organised, driven and ambitious.
Package;
- 180k plus super vehicle this will increase with experience.
- Company vehicle, computer, phone and tools as required.
- Expenses required to fulfil the position including entertainment when required.
