About the role
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Installation Supervisor team on a twelve (12) month contract at our NSW Operational Plant to support a major works project currently being undertaken by Signcraft. As Installation Supervisor of our signage, you will be responsible for supervising installation crews of all types of signs from vinyl graphics to large outdoor elements like pylons and possibly sky signs. In addition dependent upon the specific installation sight you make also be required to install & assist installers with the work. You will be supporting the Signcraft NSW team and reporting directly to the Project Managers. Your diverse range of duties will include:
- Supervise Signage installers to contractual requirements & deadlines
- Ensure all installers work in a safe manner to strict WHS rules & regulations
- Ensure all work is signed off and contractual paperwork is completed on site
- Ability to travel to installation sites throughout NSW
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative and problem solving;
- Ability to deal professionally with customers and public on site
- Effectively communicate with the installation crews & project managers quickly and efficiently.
About you
In order to achieve success in this role, we are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who encompasses the following skills and capabilities:
- Able to read plans, lead & motivate installation crews
- Current EWP ticket; other relevant tickets would be advantageous; E.g. – RIW for rail, WPCG for petrol
- Reliable vehicle and a good range of tools
- Punctual, reliable and attention to detail
- Customer focused
- ACM cladding skills would be very favourably regarded
- NSW Electrical License highly regarded
With a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory capacity preferably in a signage environment, you will add value in this multi-faceted role through your positive and passionate nature, ensuring an innovative approach in your efforts.
