Flower Power is Australia's largest Garden & Landscape Centre retail group with 10 beautiful Garden & Landscape centres, 2 wholesale sites & extensive growing operations across Sydney.

Based at Moorebank we require an energetic outgoing individual to assist our Preferred Services Manager in a variety of associated responsibilities & duties. In a role that would ideally suit a person with a landscaping, garden maintenance or similar background, this role will see you working with the Preferred Services team in such varied duties such as:

• Flower Power Garden Care onsite franchisee training
• Convening regular franchisee conferences and meetings
• Sales support and product information to Preferred Services' landscape contractors
• Site inspections with Preferred Services contractors
• Research & cold calling for future business
• Generation and quoting of Trade Sales business
• Preferred Services' Point of Sale material in store
• Promoting sales of new and existing Garden care franchises
• Work Health & Safety assistance & compliance with Flower Power franchisees

Ideally, the successful candidate will possess:

• A solid background in the landscape, garden maintenance or similar industry
• A commonsense and practical approach in dealing with a wide group including landscape contractors, franchisees, Flower Power customers, staff and management
• A reliable vehicle such as a ute or van as you will be travelling about the Sydney metropolitan area (a MV Allowance will be incorporated in your remuneration package)
• Being a team player is a must!
