Property Condition Audit (PCA) Officer
Valley Maintenance Services are a provider for public housing maintenance services (Head Contractor) in Victoria.
Due to a new contractual requirement we are creating a team to perform public housing audit functions across our designated geographical areas. We are currently looking for a suitably qualified and energetic team member to come on board, in this newly created team.
PCA (Property Condition Audit) Officer
Role requirements:
- Develop contact, appointment and scheduling plan for specified region
- Achieve monthly KPI property attendance audits per week
- Completion of all audit functions including floorplan development/creation and photographs
- Accurate audit records submitted and required reporting to PCA Manager as directed
- High level of customer satisfaction in dealing with our customer/tenant group
Mandatory Skill requirement:
- Completion of an approved trade apprenticeship in a building industry discipline or a recognised professional qualification in building construction or similar
- Demonstrated ability in inspecting and testing housing assets (highly desirable)
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, resilient and a positive team member who can work autonomously
- Proven to have strengths in an audit function highly desirable
- Self motivated with a proven history in successful achievement of KPI’s
- Great communicator – this role will be dealing with a wide demographic of clients
The successful applicant will be provided with full training on company procedures and processes.
