The Role
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, we are seeking a unique individual to join our Service Centre team as a Service Technician.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and repairing a varied range of electric and petrol power tools;
- Providing reliable and prompt technical support for internal and external customers;
- Providing technical hands on training to staff;
- Assisting in safety testing and tagging.
To secure this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience repairing power tools or related product;
- Previous experience in the power tool industry;
- Experience in small engine repairs;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organisation skills;
- Ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
