GROUNDSWELL REQUIRES A PROFESSIONAL & MOTIVATED GARDENER TO JOIN OUR SMALL TEAM.
Gardener / Team Leader:
We are looking for an all rounder to fill an exciting and diverse role
The successful applicant will be maintaining and renovating residential gardens in the south eastern suburbs.
Ideal applicant will need to possess the following :
Trade qualification in Horticulture and 2-3+ years experience
A sound knowledge of garden maintenance, plants and horticultural practices
Irrigation installation and repair knowledge would be adventageous
Good customer service , leadership and organisational skills.
Self motivated with the ability to work well within a team.
A Light/Medium rigid truck licence would also be a plus.
Also you will possess excellent time management and communication skills, a willingness to achieve high results, a keen eye for detail with a "can do " attitude.
