Creative Crusts are Brisbane's premium supplier of wholesale bread, cakes and pastry and we are looking for a Baker/Artisan Baker to join our team. Our production is increasing and the time has come to add some additional help to our existing team.

The successful applicant will be able to work hands on at our well equipped production site producing a range of quality bakery items, we also have some flexibility for preference in Scratch no time Bread, or Artisan Breads..

Applicants must hold Certificate 3 in Retail Bread Baking or have a minimum of 7 years baking experience. The ability to work with, and train apprentices is critical to this role. Training with the existing team will be provided to help bring the successful candidate up to speed on the position requirements.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a knowledge and experience of, bread and or Artisan Bread production, temperature control, food hygiene, Leaven control, and baking processes. It is critical that applicants show a value of the above and be able to teach, and monitor the training of such with our apprentices.

We supply our own award winning retail stores as well as many of Brisbane best restaurants, deli's, and cafe's, with a wide variety of high quality, breads, including sourdoughs cakes, pies and pastries.

Our products are made using predominantly scratch method baking.

Shift times vary depending on position preference, but we attempt where possible to co-operate and provide flexibility to suit family requirements.

The ideal candidate for this position would be someone looking for a long term secure position, and has pride and passion for their trade, and enjoys a continual learning based position.
