Diversitat is recruiting a Team Leader for My Maintenance Crew who will be responsible for working with small groups of interns/employees “on the job” to achieve commercial outcomes by providing a safe and engaging work environment to work and learn. You will work closely with the My Maintenance Crew Operations Team to ensure that all interns/employees achieve their employment and personal goals. To be successful you will have highly developed organisational skills, a proven ability to provide instruction and direction to individuals and small groups in general maintenance tasks and proven skills and abilities in general maintenance, building and/or cleaning.
This is a permanent full time position.
