We are seeking a qualified cabinet maker who has the skills, ability and desire to move into a management role within our planned state of the art kitchen showroom located in the Central Coast region.
We require an installation manager who has experience in check measuring, trade scheduling & co-ordination and overseeing the installation of kitchens. It is important that the successful candidate be able to provide our customers with exceptional support and service in communication and the consistent delivery on what we promise.
In this field management role you are the face to the customer and it is imperative that the management of the process, from check measure , detailing to the final hand over of the kitchen is your absolute responsibility. To assist you in this role, we will provide you with the thorough training to perform an outstanding job as we operate a very sophisticated and industry leading CRM and CAD software systems. Hence high computer literacy skills are an advantage. Full training is provided to the qualified candidate.
We cannot over state the importance of this role and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with the customer. You must be able to build a relationship that ends with an endorsement and referral of the services you and the company have provided in completing the customers dream kitchen. You will be empowered to resolve any issue that hinders your ability to provide customer excellence.
In summary the successful candidate(s) will possess:
- 7 year minimum experience in cabinet making within the kitchen industry
- Computer skills in business systems and office essential.
- Experience in CAD programs would be benefical
- High planning and organisation skills are required (project management)
- A outgoing personality with passion and flair for creating happy customers
- Good self presentation (Uniforms are provided)
- A current drivers licence
- Excellent communication skills
