About the Role
Due to continued growth MySkin Laser Clinics is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a number of our clinics in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne;
- Ensuring the successful and profitable running of day-to-day clinic operations at multiple sites.
- Support and develop your team of managers and staff to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer services
- Manage budgets and support clinics in achieving KPI's and sales targets
- Work alongside HR and Clinical Educator to co-ordinate staff training needs and recruitment
- Work in partnership with our Marketing Assistant to implement regular promotions
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in:
- Managing multiple sites in the beauty/retail industry OR Experience as a B2B sales rep within the Beauty Industry
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to self motivate and work autonomously,
- Building strong rapport with stakeholders and outstanding communication skills.
- Previous experience within the beauty/wholesale industry will be highly regarded.
