We are looking for an experienced Hands On Supervisor -Truck Tyres / Commercial who is looking for the next step in their career. Working within a dedicated team, this role supports the commercial side of the business and reports to the Store Manager.

The role provides excellent opportunities for progression within the network!

Duties include;

• Assist in the daily tyre fitting duties  
• Creating and planning schdules for staffing levels and anticipated work volumes
• Ensure OHS standards are adhered to
• Booking appointments
• Refer sales that are lost or reduced due to service levels to the Store Manager
• Endevour to win back customers
• Conduct customer services in friendly and professional manager
• Resolve customer complaints
• Carry out collection procedures

Experience and qualifications;

• Manual drivers license
• Commercial aptitude/experience
• Industry knowledge advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills
