FACILITIES MANAGER FACILITIES MANAGER Craigieburn Secondary College Approx $62,000 per annum We are looking for an energetic and motivated Facilities Manager to maintain our school. Trade qualification would be advantageous. addressing the following selection criteria as part of your application; Relevent experience/qualifications for buildings & ground maintenance Ability to maintain systems for regular compliance & safety checks in accordance with school policy & DET regulations Ability to be self-directed and manage & coordinate the work of others Knowlegde of OHS & ability to identify & manage risk Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively to solve problems Ability to use computer based programs & ability to learn school and do partmental packages related to the Facilities Manager position Applications must be received by midnight 25/07/2018
