We are looking for a qualified Gardener to join our Horticulture team on Hamilton Island. 
You will be an integral member of the Resort Presentation department and will undertake horticultural management of existing gardens, participate in a continuous landscape improvement program and assist with the development of new landscape projects in order to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction whilst protecting the environment.

About the Role

• Undertake turf and garden maintenance and landscape construction activities including irrigation
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment in accordance with all Workplace Health and Safety procedures
• Participate in propagation and other aspects of the nursery operation
• Apply routine pest management and plant nutrition programs as required

About You

• Certificate I, II or III in Horticulture
• Current Open Manual Driver licence
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Love for the outdoors
