This exciting role is part of a strong technical team that provides service and maintenance on various customer sites. You will work in front-line Support, and on Special Projects add extra variety, and can be SYDNEY-WIDE, although your base is in the mid-western suburbs. Fast-response, planned maintenance services and other duties all make for a varied and interesting day. Training will be provided so that you can undertake software upgrades and roll-outs, which are leading-edge technology.
Core hours are 8am to 4pm, Mon to Fri, but we need people who can work outside these hours when the need arises, driven by customers, for which shift allowances apply (6.5% loading). As you work in a TEAM reporting to a Field Service Supervisor, a vehicle is shared, and you move as a unit to the current project site. All tools and uniforms are provided.
