At Main North Nissan & Renault, part of AP Eagers Ltd (one of Australia’s largest publicly listed Automotive retailers) an excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, results orientated leader to join our team as a Service Manager.

We are looking for a high performing and business savvy leader who wants to work closely with the service team to drive a high level of performance and take the business to the next level.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will help to implement and drive strategies to ensure commercial success along with continuing to mentor, coach and inspire all Service staff.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

• A history of success in leading teams in workshop efficiency and productivity
• Stand out customer service skills
• You will be solutions orientated
• Strong leadership skills
• The ability to create a high performing culture through clear expectation setting and management as well as mentoring and coaching
• Experience in a similar role - essential

You will be working for a Company that prides itself on its customer service so your customer focus will be second to none. You will be highly organised and be able to implement procedures in line with company guidelines whilst being given the opportunity to innovate and bring ideas to the group.
