An opportunity now exists for a motivated and customer focused Service Engineer to join our team based in Kings Park, NSW. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide planned and breakdown maintenance support to our customers.
What the role looks like:
- Provide scheduled and unscheduled servicing of a high technical standard.
- Raise quotations, prepare and provide Service Maintenance agreements to the clients.
- Train and educate plant operators on safety and correct operation of the plant.
- Prepare comprehensive report for each visit of work carried out.
- Maintain technical knowledge on industry trends and on our products and services.
- Identify opportunities to promote business.
- Working in both metro and remote NSW. Some long distance driving required and occasional working away from home
What we are looking for:
- TAFE/ Trade qualifications in electrical, plumbing/fitting or other relevant areas
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Industrial Water Treatment Sector
- Specific hands on experience with water treatment plant such as Reverse Osmosis, UF and MMF
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI trouble shooting and programming would be highly regarded
- Team player and a quick learner
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
The office is based at Kings Park, however this role will predominantly involve working at customer sites. The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical check.
