The Client
Our Client is a leading dealership who specialize in the servicing and sale of the renowned European brand, BMW. Due to significant organizational growth, their Service Department are now seeking an experienced Technician to join their state of the art dealership and become a part of their friendly and dynamic culture. This position would ideally suit someone who thrives on new challenges, has a strong willingness to learn and a passion to succeed.
The Role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the duties of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performing mechanical servicing maintenance and repairs of vehicles
- Accurate vehicle record management
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics of faults
- Providing accurate quotations to customers
- Adhering to company processes and policies
To be successful in this role:
- Trade qualified in light vehicle automotive or equivalent
- Highly experienced in troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Class C Drivers License
- Repairers Certification and Air-con License (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong drive and willingness to succeed
