Coffee Machine Industries are the Authorised reseller & perferred service agent for La Marzocco & Synesso machines. We are leading our industry with technical service & support.
Your role within our company will be :
The Service Co Ordinator - This is the front line of our company & you will be known within the coffee industry when working with CMI.
If you are a people person than this is for you as you will be dealing with people in person, over the phone & via email on daily bases.
Duties include:
Managing job booking for all of our customers via phone & email. Liaising with Technicians & managing the job log.
Delegating emergency call outs to technicians.
Meeting & greeting any clients at CMI HQ.
Spare parts orders if required part is not in stock
The successful applicant must be well organised & able to multitask, Mature & Reliable.
Able to work under pressure in busy periods & not get overwhelmed & just get the job done.
Being well presented & have a pleasant phone manner & excellent work ethic is a must.
Office hours 9am - 5pm
