FIXARIM is an innovative company raising the standards of the SMART repair industry. We provide a mobile, on-site rim repair service, which includes servicing private and commercial clients, offering exceptional workmanship and flexible call-out times.
FIXARIM has recently expanded into the Sydney market as part of the new national expansion strategy to service the east coast from Brisbane through to Melbourne. FIXARIM is set to achieve the same rapid growth in Sydney as already demonstrated in South-East QLD. We're looking for a motivated, responsible technician to join our team either in Brisbane or Sydney, who is looking for great career growth and opportunity.

The role is a permanent, full-time position. Driving one of our dedicated vehicles, you will be attending to clients' repairs onsite, whether at their showrooms, dealerships, offices, homes or places of recreation. The role involves engaging with existing and potential clients in a friendly, efficient and professional manner, along with performing excellent, flawless workmanship every time. Further responsibilities include maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, and ensuring that the vehicle is driven at all times both responsibly and courteously.
We're looking for motivated individuals ready to learn a new skill. As long as you have an open mind to learning and adapting we'll provide all the necessary training to get you on the road!
The successful candidate will have:
- Clean, open driver's license
- Demonstrated skills in using sanders/grinders/compressors - training will be provided but any previous experience is a bonus!
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated excellence in quality control
- Effective time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work without supervision
- No criminal record
- A valid visa (if applicable) with no working restrictions
- Can do attitude, ready to learn!
- Manual License not required
