Spare Parts Interpreter

Our client are an established Earthmoving Equipment co with a presence in various locations Australia-wide.

This role requires someone experienced in Spare Parts interpreting in the Automotive industry.

To be successful you need to have the ability to work in a a fast paced environment, with excellent knowledge of spare parts coupled with superior customer service skills.


 
Key responsibilities:

• Interpreting of spare parts.
• Scouring parts for the service department for all makes of Earthmoving Equipment and vehicles.
• Working in conjunction with customers and other departments to maximize Parts Sales opportunities.
• Processing and controlling parts movements for Service and Sales jobs.
• Understanding and monitoring effective parts processes including stock control and inventory.
• Providing professional & timely customer service to internal & external customers at all times.

Key skills & experience:

• Spare parts interpreting experience preferably in Earthmoving Equipment machinery or automotive industry
• Willing to learn spare parts makes and models of Earthmoving Machinery
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer focused.
• Ability to track and log equipment in a sophisticated software system
• Fresh and dynamic attitude
• Valid forklift license is preferred (co will support acquiring a license if necessary)
• Ability to effectively focus on primary objectives in a changing environment & to plan, schedule & prioritise workload.
• Intermediate computer skills.
