IPA Personnel are currently looking to engage with an experienced trade qualified Electricians for on-going temporary positions within the Clare, Burdekin, Giru, Bowen & Airlie Beach regions.

We have an upcoming permanent position for an experienced and trade qualified Electrician, suitable applicants will need to be reliable and hard working.

Essential Criteria:

• Trade qualified - LVR CPR, Confinded Space and Working at Heights

• Class 'C' Driver licence for a manual vechile

• Have your own PPE (Steel Caps, Long Sleeve High Vis Shirt & Pants)

• Be able to provide Birth Certificate or Passport for registration

About the position:

• Start as soon as possible

• Experience and working knowledge of Electrical equipment including motor overloads, variable speed drives, electrical circuits, panel building

• Ability to work unspervised with advanced communication skills

• Abide by OH&S policies and procedures

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Sound knowledge of instrumentation, PLC systems, SCADA, solar and communication systems

• Well developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment

• Well developed analytical and technical skills including the ability to analyse situations and provide appropriate solutions that meet business objectives.
