The Role

Spotless is the lead contractor for the Estate Maintenance and Operation Services (EMOS) to the Department of Defence in Queensland and Southern New South Wales. We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, reliable Cleaning and Housekeeping Supervisor. This position will provide effective management of all resources associated with the delivery of cleaning and housekeeping services.

Reporting to the Land and Cleaning Coordinator, you will deliver a range of services including but not limited to:

• Conduct cleaning audits in accordance with the agreed schedule
• Deliver specialised cleaning activities in accordance with the CMP
• Manage and oversee accommodation and reception desk services including pre and post occupation inspections of accommodation
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and consumables for user cleaning (e.g. gyms, kitchenettes, living-in accommodation, health facilities) is provided
• Ensure the housekeeping and cleaning team are customer focused to deliver superior service to all Defence members

Our front of house staff is the face of Spotless and plays a pivotal role in delivering the services commitment we have made to our clients.

Skills and Experience

• Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian Citizenship Mandatory);
• Relevant qualifications in Cleaning, Asset Maintenance and Business Management (preferred);
• Minimum 1 years' experience in similar role with strong client services skills and significant cleaning and housekeeping industry experience;
• Exposure to Microsoft Office suite;
• Must hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence.
