- Work with highly qualified and experienced bakers

- Able to work from 10pm until morning as needed over a 7 day roster, rostered days off will vary.
- Follow Head Baker instructions without hesitation
- Responsible for making a wide range of bread products, pastries and other baked goods as specified by the Head Baker and complete tasks in the given time frame.
- Prepare different dough and mixtures accordingly
- Follow all systems and adhere to set standards
- Follow production sheets accurately
- Produce and apply decorations on bakery products
- Responsible for cleaning the equipment used in baking process and entire bakery.
- Responsible for organizing and refilling the products which are part of the process and preparation for baking
- Must have experience and/or qualifications in baking and making pastries, including pies and pasties.
- Good communication skills
- Work in a team environment.
- Complete all duties with efficiency in all tasks given
