We are searching for talented, dedicated mechanics for the service team in NSW. Our client is an equal opportunity employer with a strong brand presence and one of the largest employers in this space. We are open to speaking to LV mechanics who have had exposure to heavy equipment maintenance. Details are below:

Location: Blacktown, Erskine Park, Newcastle, Central Coast
Type: Permanent full time
Start date: ASAP
Rate: As per award + super + allowances + penalties + any applicable loading

Scope of position: Repair and maintenance of all vehicles and associated equipment that are fueled by petrol, diesel or gas.

Daily activities: Includes but is not limited to

• Preventative and scheduled maintenance
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Test drive/operate vehicles before handing back to stakeholders
• Adhering to safety standards and practices in the workshop
• Associated admin

Requirements:

• Cert III in Engineering - mechanical trade
• National certificate in Automotive Engineering level 4 -r equivalent
• HR or class4 license
• Heavy diesel fleet maintenance (mechanics with LV & exposure HD onsite experience will be considered too)
• Other heavy equipment maintenance is highly regarded
• Mining or heavy industry experience is preferred.
