Sulis Lifestyle Salon and Spa in Byron Bay are seeking a self-motivated energetic and organised Salon Co-ordinator to support salon operations and management.
This exciting and dynamic role would be most suited to a confident and emotionally-intelligent professional who is happy to work with utmost professionalism, diplomacy and tact whilst still developing a warm rapport with fellow staff and guests.
The role will be on a part time basis for approximately 25-30 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in the role
- You will also need a great sense of humour, strong emotional intelligence, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine care for others.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environments
- Ability to evaluate and recommend changes to existing processes and procedures for greater effect
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Be solution orientated
- Experience with CRM or salon software preferred
