About the role
Care Fertility is looking for an experienced IVF Scientist to join their family oriented team, based in our Toowoomba clinic (located in the Medici Medical Centre). This position may include weekend and public holiday work, as well as initial training and occasional travel to our Brisbane clinic, with final hours to be negotiated with the successful candidate. Salary package is negotiable according to qualifications and previous experience.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience of working in a clinical embryology/andrology laboratory.
- Demonstrated competency at all basic ART procedures, including embryo transfer and vitrification.
- ICSI experience is essential.
- Experience of aseptic technique and laboratory QC/QA principals.
- Must hold a current driver's licence and be eligible to work in Australia.
