About the company and role:

Our client, a well recognised and Australian owned food company located in the SE suburbs of Melbourne, currently has a need for an Administration Officer to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Production Data Management
• Production scheduling and planning
• Managing Food Ingredient Production Packaging Specifications
• Data Entry
• Rostering of Production Staff

Skills & experience:

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Proven track record in administration
• Very proficient in Word, Excel
• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Ideally have a Food Technology background

You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have good communication skills and have the ability to work in fast-paced team. In addition you will be hard working, proactive and display initiative.
