We have an exciting opportunity available for a Quality Coordinator to join the T2 Team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Based at our Global Headquarters in Collingwood and reporting to the Global Quality & Compliance Manager, the Quality Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Quality & Compliance Manager in delivery of high quality products to T2 customers and ensuring T2 meets the regulatory compliance requirements of existing markets and new markets T2 is seeking to enter.
This role supports the T2’s premium product positioning through continuous improvements through the end to end Supply Chain to drive tangible improvements in quality performance.
Additionally, this role assists the Quality & Compliance Manger in navigating the T2’s compliance requirements for existing and new markets, whilst maintaining the boundary pushing essence of T2.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain Quality Systems including product specifications, artworks and approved supplier management.
- Coordinate the end to end QA delivery of T2 products.
- Coordinate the investigation of Food Safety and Quality incidents and Non-conformances.
- Develop and maintain the Quality processes for T2 products.
To be successful in this role, you will come with the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Food Science.
- Experience in food and beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Extensive experience in HACCP, SQF, BRC or equivalent.
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance in FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and training staff.
- Demonstrate confident, clear communications.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on providing value add solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve quality related issues.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
