Let's talk about the role:

This role will guide the development of the data environment for our finance team which provides financial analytical support to the Global Human Resources and Strategy functions. The focus will be building the data structures required to process large amounts of data and translate this into meaningful metrics and recommendations aimed at improving business performance.

Reporting to the VP Finance, Corporate Systems and Financial Planning and Analysis, this role will work closely with the IT and Data Analytics team to support reporting through a distributed architecture.

Let’s talk about you:

You will have exceptional data and data structures experience. Your background might be in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science or Econometrics with up to three years post-graduation experience using your data modelling skills.

You will be practically oriented with a keen interest in applying your theoretical knowledge and data modelling know-how to help us improve business performance. You will be driven by curiosity, discovery, the need to find and apply insights.

You will have the ability to develop trusted business relationships with diverse stakeholders as well as work autonomously. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a remarkable ability to absorb and impart knowledge.
