The Client: 
Our client is an ASX listed national property company who produce award-winning house and land packages. With a close-knit and dynamic team, located in Brisbane CBD, they are currently seeking a driven Assistant Development Manager.

The Role: 
This is a fantastic role for someone who is strong and sharp with numbers and has a passion for development. Within this role you will be reporting into the Development Manager and learning from a number of the high performing Development staff. You will have the support and mentoring from highly respected leaders across the business and opportunity for career progression in development. 

You will be responsible for:

• Maintain and update project financial model 
• Preparing due diligence reports for development sites
• Assist Development Managers in obtaining updated cost forecasts
• Providing high level analysis and reporting on each project
• Monitor lot production and stock efficiency
• Report regularly to line manager on progress, budgets, risks, and opportunities

The Candidate:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Property, Commerce, Panning, Engineering, or Project Management a must
• Strong financial acumen
• Strong feasibility skills
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Passion for property and desire to commit to the company long term and build a career
