Hong Kong based Lei Shing Hong Limited Property, primarily engages in the development of custom-built commercial, residential and industrial properties covering markets in mainland China, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, Germany, Australia and the United Kingdom. Star Properties Pty Ltd, the Australian division of Lei Shing Hong Limited Property is seeking a recent property or business graduate to join their expanding team.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Property Development and Operations, the successful applicant will support and assist with our current and future property development projects.
This vital role is considered a Graduate position and would suit a person seeking an opportunity to develop their property career with an international development group.
Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to;
- Assist with servicing the needs of existing internal/external clients and the general nurturing of client relationships.
- Reporting to parties including board members/partners on project status
- Managing and report on costing and budgets
- Assist in preparing feasibility analysis reports/ legal documentation/ tendering
- Assist Development Managers in all aspects to assigned projects
- Assisting with property searches
- Assist with documentation, property presentations, meeting material and reports,
- Preparation of Word, Excel, Powerpoint documentation,
- Financial Modeling
- Researching company, property (site), benchmarking and lease information,
- Real estate market – analysis and information gathering,
- Database entry, support and maintenance
About You
The ideal candidate will possess;
- University graduate in Property, Business, Project Management or Engineering
- Ideally you will have 2+ years working within a property development project
- Candidates with a background in project management, construction engineering preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about property, energetic, driven and result oriented.
