The Company
This commercial agency in the Hills District holds a high performing team and are now looking to open up a strata division within the business. They are a small team who work closely together and would like someone likeminded to join them on a permanent basis.
The Role
As a Senior Strata Manager you will be responsible for starting off the division and growing the strata portfolio. There is lots of business to grasp and excellent potential to canvass for new buildings in the area. This is an opportunity for a Strata Manager to take the next step in their career, and benefit from becoming a stakeholder in the business.
The Duties
- Manage the portfolio as it grows
- Chase for new buildings & network with clients
- Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporation & Executive Committees
The Requirements
- 3+ years Strata Management experience
- Good understanding of the act
- Strong administration & communication skills
- Strata Certificate or License
- Be a hunter for new business
- Be a team player & present perfectly
