This high profile, successful Australian development group is seeking an experienced and proven Development Manager to oversee a major communities led development scheme. 

Seen as one of the market leaders in this sector, thiswell-known group that will offer great future career opportunities. 

The Role 

Based from the Sydney CBD office, this position will have an initial focus on the full life cycle of major community style development schemes. You will be part of a team overseeing all facts of development, ensuring successful delivery and handover of the scheme. 

Working alongside highly experienced Development professionals, you will be learning and developing as a DM, whilst also having active management for sites.

The Candidate

Ideally you will already have a track record of house and land style development, with any exposure to medium rise as a real benefit.

Candidates will have a full development background, but can come from any sector of the market, so long as you have been involved in actual resi focused development work. Sydney experience is much preferred. 

The Reward 

The salary attached to this role will be circa $150 to 180K, which would likely achieve the higher end for the right person. On offer is also a bonus structure focused on a long term project related scheme, which would push the salary up. This is a developer and employer of choice, with a good market name and long term employees.
