Experienced property manager required to join our well established real estate office in Gymea,

Duties -
* Managing a portfolio of between 120-150 properties
* Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
* Chasing and minimizing arrears
* Rent reviews
* Organising repairs and maintenance
* Leasing
* Tribunal hearings and inspections
REST knowledge preferred. Must have own car.
Above award remuneration package is offered plus bonuses to the successful applicant.
