What this job involves
JLL now has an opening for a Property Services Supervisor at a premium commercial building located in Melbourne's CBD.
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for the on-going operation & compliance of the property. You will coordinate effective management of all property services and other works required to be carried out
You'll also assist with preparing annual property operations & capital works budgets as well as the monitoring and updating of budgets on a quarterly basis.

You'll have proven operational experience in Engineering and Facilities Management in a similar commercial environment and some experience in, and understanding of stainability & NABERS would be great.
Excellent communication skills are important– both written and spoken - and we'll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines. Most importantly, you'll want to work as part of a diverse, supportive and talented team.
You will possess strong technical knowledge that was gained through a trade or engineering background. Also important, is strong PC literacy, a 'hands-on' work approach and willingness to learn and the capacity to lead, train and develop a small team.
