The role

The successful candidate will have the core responsibility of analysing development and investment proposals across the Industrial asset class.  They will be responsible for preparing detailed scenario analysis for the Funds Management, Asset Management and Developments divisions as well as assisting in acquisition and divestment modelling, as required.  

The candidate

In order to be considered for this role, it is important you are able to meet all of the following criteria:

• Degree qualified within a relevant field;
• Comfortable with industrial asset valuations techniques, or a solid grounding in Research, with Industrial coverage;
• An understanding of the real estate market at asset level;
• Analytically inclined, detail oriented and organized with a focus on deliverables;
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
